Candidate referrals play a major role at Venator, giving our clients access to individuals who may or may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
By referring people to us, you're not only increasing their chances of finding great opportunities, you're also extending your own career network as the process is reciprocal.
Whilst most referrals we receive are given based on the positive experience an individual has had, we've also commenced the Venator Referral Program as a way of thanking the candidates and clients who play an active role in the development of our network.
Any candidate or client who now refers someone (not currently registered with Venator) who is subsequently placed by us in a permanent or contract position (minimum 3 month assignment) will receive a $500 voucher to spend at one of three pre-determined hotel and restaurant destinations in Victoria.
