Venator is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals and parties and we understand the importance placed on the privacy of your personal information. Venator complies with the Privacy Laws as well as its own obligations of confidentiality.

Personal Information Collected
Information that is collected and held by Venator is generally personal information included in your resume such as your name, contact details, skills, qualifications, nationality, languages spoken, professional association memberships or accreditations, interests and your employment history, past responsibilities and achievements, opinions from referees and our assessment of you as a prospective candidate for recruitment. After receipt of your resume or during our interview, we may request additional information including details of referees and references. Other information we may collect includes work performance information, information about incidents in the workplace, information submitted and independently obtained in relation to absences from work due to leave, illness or other causes and information obtained to assist in managing client and business relationships.

How we collect Personal information
Your personal information will be collected by Venator for its own use and any registration paperwork is recorded either electronically or manually. If you register with us through our website registration process or by sending us an email, we receive and store your information. When you attend our office for an interview or participate in a telephone interview with us, we record the information you give us electronically or manually in a secure filing system.

How we use your information
The information that you supply to us from a candidate perspective is for the purposes of placing you in suitable roles. We will not use your personal information without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law. When you give us your approval, your information may be disclosed to nominated prospective employers or other associated third parties.

Access to Your Information
You may have access to see and have a copy of the personal information we hold about you unless we are legally authorised to refuse your request. Security
We take all reasonable steps to secure your personal information. Electronic information is protected in a secure database and all paper files are locked within a secure building.

Complaints
If any person has a complaint with the way their personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored and administered may lodge a complaint.
